that you are looking for. 60-minute workout
sessions are by appointment around your schedule
– 8 Week Starter Program includes 2 sessions per
week (16 in total). Several options are
available following completion of Program
depending on needs. Full-body workout sessions
use a variety of weight-bearing equipment (free
weights, weighted medicine balls, weighted bars,
resistance bands, stability balls, Life Fitness
Universal, and floor work).
All ages and fitness levels
are accommodated. Get the results you are

designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

Studio time is available to do
cardio workout – treadmill, elliptical and
recumbant bike available. Library of DVDs
available – for strength/tone, cardio, yoga, and
pilates formats – instructor –led training that
lets you work at your own pace.
